Addiction Assistance
Bergen Psychiatric Associates and Fairlawn Behavioral Associates have been certified by the Federal Government to treat patients with various types of Addiction by prescribing FDA-approved, safe medications for the treatment of substance addiction (Suboxone, Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and others). Our practice strives to work with our patients to not only treat the Addiction but assist in the underlying reasons that resulted in the Addiction through psychotherapy. Dr. Zaidi has successfully assisted hundreds of patients in the treatment of Alcohol and/or substance abuse, including prescription medications, heroin, and Opioids. In most cases, treatment is provided on an out-patient basis with no need for hospitalization, detoxification, or inpatient rehabilitation and is strictly confidential.
